The thermal efficiency of biomass solid shaped pellet fuel is above 85%, and the calorific value is 4020-4700 kcal/kg, which is about 0.7-0.85 times that of standard coal. 1.25 tons of wood coal pellet fuel is equivalent to the calorific value of 1 ton of standard coal; But its combustion rate is 1.3-1.5 times that of coal, and the heat loss of solid incomplete combustion is basically zero.

It has the advantages of long burning time, can burn through, and the ash basically does not contain carbon. Therefore, in addition to replacing coal, oil and other fuels, biomass pellet fuel can also reduce air pollution and make S02 and C02 harmful gases basically zero emission.

Because the wood coal pellet fuel is compressed at high temperature, the storage space is greatly saved, and it is more convenient to mobilize and transport. Wood coal pellet fuel is taken from natural biological waste, and does not contain chemical substances such as fission and explosion, so there will be no accidents such as poisoning, explosion, and leakage caused by other energy sources, and it is safe to use.


The global non-renewable energy is becoming increasingly exhausted, and bioenergy has gradually become an alternative energy that governments and enterprises focus on developing. Research on the production, processing and direct fuel utilization of bioenergy pellet fuel products has become increasingly mature. Many biomass energy technologies and equipment abroad have reached the level of commercial application. Compared with other biomass energy technologies, biomass pellet fuel technology is more honorable to achieve large-scale production and use. The convenience of using bioenergy particles is comparable to energy such as gas and oil.
