Our conveyor mainly including bucket elevator, scraper conveyor，screw conveyor, belt conveyor, etc.

1). Bucket elevator: 1. High calculating precision, stable function, A compact, cross-sectional shape, small size, can significantly save area.
2. Head:
round head covered rubber technology, to increase the coefficient of friction, to improve the transmission efficiency; and with non-return device to avoid the problem of power outages caused by the blocking machine; the form of a direct connection drive and chain drive to choose from.
3.Cylinder:
edge occlusion process, good strength, good sealing; additional balance tube, the balance of the body between the two cylinder pressure balance.
4.Tail:
new shaft sealing structure to prevent dust leakage; split bearing structure, support equipment reliability; according to user requirements matching speed detection and deviation alarm device to ensure the safety of normal production.
5. Continuous vertical lifting of powder, granular and small lump materials can be widely used in feed mills of all sizes, grains, food, chemicals, building materials,as well as grain storage, port bulk material enhancement.

2).Scraper conveyor: 1. There are two types optional:TGSS and TGSU type.U type is adopted with U-Shaped scraper with self-cleaning function.The materials residues during transportation is little.The technical parameters basically are same of the two types.
2.Long conveying distance,good sealing performance.
3.Multi-points feeding/discharging.
4.The conveying track uses wear-resistant material to reduce vibration and increase service life.

3). Screw conveyor: 1. Screw conveyor can mix, heat or cool materials when it works.
2. Multi-outlets: when you need two or more outlets on screw conveyor, it's no problem, we'll design suitable machines based on your demands.
3. Good sealed performance: Adopt polyester liner in the connection of every section.
4. Optional motor drive: you can choose SEW motor, Siemens motor, Explosion-proof motor, IP55 motor etc.
5. Screw conveyor can be designed to be horizontal or 60° inclination Max.

4)Belt conveyor: Belt conveyor is composed by frame, belt, roller, tensioning device, transmission device, etc.
1.The frame adopts high quality steel for connection, a certain angle inclined plane is formed because of the different heights of front and rear legs.
2.The machine frame is fixed by belt roller and carrying roller which are used to drive and support the conveying belt.
3.There are two driving ways: geared motor driving and electric roller driving.
4.According to the principle of friction transmission, belt conveyor can be used singly or multiply in order to satisfy different transport process.
5.It can be used together with other convey equipment to organize a horizontal or declining conveying system to meet different requirement.
