3. How Does Rotary Drum Sawdust Dryer Work
JLNE drum type sawdust dryer is composed of two main components: hot airflow blower and drum type rotating drying pipe. The hot airflow blower is designed to provide dry and hot air into the drying pipe. It is in the drum drying pipe that the raw materials are dried. The pipe is designed to have a series of spiral shoveling boards in its inner surface. When the drying pipe rotates, the materials will go up and down in the drum drying pipe to meet the dry and hot airflow in the drying pipe. After times of meeting with the airflow, the moisture content on the surface of the raw materials will be dried mostly. However, the longer the drying pipe, the good the drying effect is.
